To report a lost or stolen First Southern Bank Personal Check Card or Business Check Card, please call your local First Southern Bank during regular business hours, or:

  • (618-997-4341 or 618-549-3621) – First Southern Bank (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST, except holidays)

FRAUD ALERT - February 4, 2016

Due to an increased amount of fraudulent activity impacting some of our customers' accounts, we are encouraging all customers to enter their PIN (Personal Identification Number), rather than their signature, when conducting debit cards transactions. Many of the recently identified fraudulent charges appear to have been originated in the states of Florida, Georgia, and Connecticut. If you are in any of these areas, it is very important that you use your PIN (Personal Identification Number) as a safety measure when conducting debit card transactions.  As always, we encourage all customers to review their account activity closely for possible unauthorized transactions and immediately report any such occurrences to us at (618) 997-4341.  Thank you for your assistance in protecting your financial information.
