First Southern Bank’s Online Banking provider completed an Online Banking platform enhancement on November 7, 2017.  The Online Banking platform enhancement was performed to create an easier work flow for the Online Banking user. The new platform allows for quick and easy functionality of commonly used features and tools such as:

- Check all account balances, pay bills and make transfers right from the home page
- View real-time account balances, check images and history
- 24-hour access to accounts
- Transfer funds between accounts
- Online bill payment

The First Southern Bank Online Banking enhanced platform allows you to safely and securely manage your money, any time of the day or night

Some Online Banking users are experiencing a security warning prior to and while logging into the First Southern Bank Online Banking platform. This warning is being caused directly by the internet browser.  The Online Banking platform has its own level of encryption that is a separate public facing website used through your internet browser.

First Southern Bank’s commitment to customer privacy and data security is a top priority and First Southern Bank’s Online Banking provider is currently looking into a resolution for these internet browser issues.

Our Online Banking provider completed a security enhancement on April 11, 2017.  The security enhancement should not affect our customers unless they are using an older operating system or have not updated their internet browser to the latest version.  Customers that are using an older operating system and/or browser may need to perform an update to their computer in order to access their online banking service.

  • Transfer funds between accounts
